ROK ISPORUKE

  • Nakon potvrde, Vaša porudžbina ulazi u status obrade u kojoj se utvrđuje da li je traženi artikal dostupan i spreman za isporuku.
  • Nakon obrade porudžbine, pozvaće Vas naš operater ili će na Vašu e-mail adresu stići obaveštenje o statusu porudžbine;

  • Ukoliko primetite da je pošiljka značajno oštećena i posumnjate da je proizvod možda oštećen, odbijte prijem pošiljke i odmah nas obavestite preko kontakt forme.
  • Ukoliko je pošiljka naizgled bez oštećenja, slobodno preuzmite pošiljku i potpišite kuriru adresnicu;
  • Uobičajena praksa je da ukoliko Vas kurir ne pronađe na adresi, da Vas pozove na telefon koji ste ostavili prilikom kreiranja porudžbenice i ugovori novi termin isporuke;
  • Ukoliko Vas i tada ne pronađe na adresi, pošiljka nam se vraća.

CENA ISPORUKE

  • Cena isporuke jednog paketa iznosi 650.00 dinara i ne zavisi od količine poručene robe;
  • Potrošač prilikom kreiranja porudžbenice pritiskom na dugme PLATI preuzima obavezu plaćanja naručene robe, sem ako nije drugačije dogovoreno.
